Pain Society of Alberta

The Pain Society of Alberta is a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals who share a common interest in and commitment to the study, treatment and management of pain. Established in 2006, their work primarily is to support clinicians, researchers and educators working to promote pain treatment in Alberta as well as patients suffering from persistent pain.

The organization was going through a major transformation and required a bright and responsive website to develop their online presence.  Functionality was also an important component and my design allows readers to access provincial health care resources, gather information about upcoming professional development opportunities, find articles and register for conferences and memberships.

I was honoured to have a part in reforming their brand and visibility and although I do not currently manage this site, they have maintained my design and structure.

A multidisciplinary designer armed with a marketing diploma with over 5 years of freelance experience.  My diverse skill set extends to website design, logo design, branding and identity.  I am obsessed with the power of design, from clever branding and packaging to sleek typography.   When I am not designing for a client, you can find me practicing my skills, exploring the mountains with my blue heeler, Maze, or binging documentaries on Netflix.
